This is for the durian fans, there’s nothing better than to use FRESH durian meat (We used Mao Shan Wang durians) for this treat! This is an exciting treat of combining the sweetness and fragrance of the durian with the richness from cheese.

Compared to the usual servings of sugar, we created this healthier version to reduce the amount of sugar to half of what it was, yet keeping it so tasty that the fragrance of durian fill you mouth on your first bite!
